Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with 5+ years leading teams
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Strong familiarity with technologies aligned to our stack (e.g., Ruby on Rails, C#, Angular, JavaScript, AWS, caching and persistence technologies)
- Proven experience leading distributed teams and delivering complex, scalable systems
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution of technical initiatives and support organizational change
- Demonstrated understanding of cloud utilization and total cost of tech ownership
- Proven track record with legacy app modernization and performance optimization
