Qualifications - Proven experience working in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management. - Strong practical knowledge of warehouse operations. - Experience delivering vocational-based training, ideally within the warehousing or logistics sectors. - Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed. - Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Knowledge of industry standards, DWP and Ofsted frameworks, and sector-specific skills requirements. - Competent IT skills, including use of e-learning platforms and digital tools. • Process, route, and manage daily orders across all 3PL locations through Shopify and ShipStation. • Perform daily call-outs for late orders, address corrections, and order exceptions. Coordinate with 3PL partners to resolve issues same-day. • Create and maintain SKUs, barcodes, and product data across all brands and platforms. Ensure catalog accuracy. • Publish daily and weekly fulfillment reports covering order volume, exceptions, and shipping performance. • Cross-train on inbound logistics tasks including domestic freight coordination, FBA/FBT shipment monitoring, and 3PL transfer coordination. • Resolve fulfillment-related inquiries (tracking, delivery issues, replacements) within SLA targets.
