Senior Supply Chain Architect

Lamb Weston

• Own supply chain solution architecture across agriculture, procurement, planning, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, and inventory domains • Collaborate closely with ERP functional teams, who hold ownership of ERP solution design, on integration projects and enhancements to validate functional designs and ensure architectural integrity • Design and govern integrated solutions spanning SAP ERP (ECC and S/4HANA), Rockwell platforms and other downstream/upstream systems • Ensure alignment of business processes and system design across production, quality, logistics, and financial processes • Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and guardrails for supply chain solutions • Support future S/4HANA and digital supply chain initiatives by ensuring OT readiness and architectural compatibility • Ensure adherence to architecture standards and minimize unnecessary customization • Assess architectural impacts of new initiatives and recommend scalable, standardized design approaches • Support platform roadmap discussions by identifying supply chain capability gaps, risks, and dependencies • Review and approve solution designs delivered by internal teams and AMS partners • Identify and mitigate technical debt and long-term architectural risks across supply chain platforms

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong CPG manufacturing experience, including high-volume production and complex supply networks
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes, including manufacturing, planning, warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
  • End-to-end supply chain architecture leadership
  • Rockwell manufacturing and OT integration expertise
  • Cross-platform integration and data flow design
  • Technical risk identification and mitigation
  • Ability to balance operational realities with long-term architectural sustainability
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on level
  • 10–15 years of experience designing enterprise supply chain solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk Suite components, and their integration with SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) and MES solutions
  • Understanding of ANSI/ISA-95 standards and their application withing manufacturing and supply chain system architectures
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems and their integration into MES and ERP environments
  • Experience with IIoT platforms and device-to-cloud integration
  • Experience with or exposure to Agricultural operations and grower-management platforms is a plus
  • Experience supporting global operational technology landscapes
  • Experience working with AMS or external delivery partners
  • Strong ability to communicate complex architectural concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
