Senior Product Manager

• Drive the development of features across multiple products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA • Leverage your deep understanding of our customers' businesses and our user behavior to design an intuitive, reliable user experience that addresses key customer needs and delivers measurable value • Partner with the Head of Product to shape product strategy and ensure it is communicated clearly and consistently across the organization • Commit to continuous improvement by seeking opportunities to enhance both business outcomes and customer satisfaction • Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and subject matter experts to align on the optimal approach for delivering the feature roadmap with resilience and timeliness • Act as a product evangelist, advocating for AgentSync's solutions and their value both internally to teams and externally to customers and stakeholders • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within AgentSync's products. • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, serving as a liaison to ensure mutual understanding and alignment on product objectives • Mentor and support junior product team members, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging professional growth.
Job Requirements
- Over 5 years of demonstrated success in advancing products from "1 to 2" and executing go-to-market strategies in a B2B environment for enterprise customers.
- Proven experience in leading strategic product initiatives, from concept development to pitching to senior leadership.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of spotting opportunities and turning them into results
- Experience in developing API-first products.
- A mindset grounded in first-principles thinking.
- A strong history of hands-on problem-solving with a "roll up your sleeves" approach.
- Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence executives and align diverse stakeholders
- Analytical and commercially aware with the ability to connect customer insight to business growth
- History of effective product–commercial partnerships that drove adoption and growth
- Strong ability to secure engineering commitment and drive execution discipline without direct authority
- Familiarity with AWS or Salesforce is beneficial.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, Insuretech, or experience in regulated industries is highly desired.
