Following the growth of our Aerospace & Defense business, we are launching Industrial Systems, a global business unit focused on scaling Roboze across high-value industrial markets. As Executive VP - Industrial Systems, you won’t inherit a mature business. You will build it. You will lead Roboze’s global industrial expansion, own commercial growth, build the organization and position Roboze as the preferred manufacturing platform for industrial customers worldwide. - Build and lead the Industrial Systems Business Unit globally. - Define and execute the commercial strategy across key industrial verticals. - Own sales growth, bookings, revenue, pipeline and overall commercial performance. - Develop executive relationships with major OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers and strategic industrial manufacturers. - Identify, negotiate and close high-value commercial opportunities. - Expand customer accounts into multi-site and multi-program deployments. - Drive adoption of Roboze’s full platform, including machine sales, Manufacturing as a Service, Factory as a Service, materials, software and engineering services. - Build and lead a high-performing sales, business development and applications organization. - Create a scalable, customer-centric business focused on execution, accountability and long-term growth. Qualifications - You are a senior commercial leader with experience in advanced manufacturing, industrial technology, automation, engineering or related sectors. - You have built and scaled high-growth industrial businesses. - You have a proven track record of generating significant sales growth and exceeding commercial targets. - You know how to sell complex manufacturing solutions to industrial customers. - You have strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers and strategic manufacturers. - You are comfortable building a business from the ground up in a fast-moving, founder-led environment. - You are entrepreneurial, hands-on, commercially aggressive and highly accountable. - You can turn market potential into revenue, structure and long-term business value.
