Role Description We are seeking a remote Client Service Specialist to join our growing team in our small business division who can deliver exceptional customer service! - Focus on building out custom solutions geared toward small business clients. - Accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to external clients. - Manage day-to-day account management of assigned group of accounts with relatively simple to moderately complex needs. - Contribute to key business outcomes such as client retention, satisfaction, and growth. - Manage renewals on assigned accounts while expanding relationships with existing clients. - Deliver solutions in a high-quality and timely manner, including driving the sale of additional services. The CST is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 7:00pm central time. This position is a 40-hour work week, 8 hours per day. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree with 1+ years client service and insurance experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and insurance experience. - Active Property and Casualty license. - Dependable Internet access. - Ability to balance inbound phone calls, tasks, and emails. - Comfortably builds rapport over the phone and engages clients in consultative discussions. - Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. Requirements - EPIC experience preferred. - Proficiency in using technology (Microsoft Office, etc.) as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. - Scheduling flexibility.
