Role Description We are seeking a highly capable Senior Full Stack Marketing Manager to own the company's marketing function across both the commercial and charitable brands. This is not a specialist role focused solely on social media, paid advertising, or content creation. Instead, we are looking for a commercially minded marketing generalist who understands how every component of a marketing system connects—from brand positioning and messaging through to lead generation, CRM automation, reporting, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will become the internal marketing leader, responsible for designing, executing, measuring, and continually improving the company's end-to-end marketing ecosystem.
