Role Description We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can step in and handle the execution side of our paid media campaigns, freeing up our current team to focus on strategy and client communications. You'll own the technical setup, tracking, and optimization of PPC campaigns while ensuring our data and attribution systems work flawlessly across Google Ads, Analytics, CallRail, and CRM platforms. - Set up and optimize Google Ads search campaigns focused on bottom-of-funnel healthcare keywords - Manage bid strategies tied to ROAS and CPL goals, run A/B tests on ad copy and landing pages - Knowledge of GA4 Events and Google Tag Manager for multiple client websites - Good understanding of conversion tracking for form submissions, click-to-calls, and CallRail dynamic number insertion - Offline conversion tracking processes and upload conversion data to Google Ads and Bing Ads knowledge - Knowledge of customized reporting dashboards integrating Google Ads, Analytics, CallRail, and CRM data - Support paid social campaign setups, optimizations, and conversion tracking using Meta Business Manager - Perform search term audits, negative keyword pruning, and campaign budget management - Troubleshoot tracking issues and maintain data integrity across platforms - Build and manage attribution models reflecting the entire customer journey You'll be working as close to 9am-5pm EST as possible. Qualifications - 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing with heavy focus on PPC, analytics, and conversion tracking - 1+ years of experience in paid social, Meta Business Manager campaign management, and pixel tracking - Proven expertise in Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and CallRail setup and integration - Experience with offline conversion tracking and upload workflows - Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (UA and GA4), Google Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools Requirements - Experience in healthcare or HIPAA-compliant digital marketing environments - Working knowledge of CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) - Google Ads and GA4 Certification(s) - Experience with multi-location or franchise models Benefits - $3,500-$4,000 per month* - Full-time - Fully remote - 2 weeks paid vacation - 14 paid holidays - 1 week paid professional development time - Paid birthday off - Company health insurance - Company performance bonus - Educational or remote stipend *Salary for candidates managing $100k+ monthly ad spend.
