Digital Marketing Specialist – eCommerce, Creative

• Creative Asset Production: Independently design and produce clean, engaging, and publish-ready marketing creatives (EDMs, social media posts, ad visuals, and website banners) using Canva or AI creative tools. • Email Marketing (Omnisend): Plan, build, and execute end-to-end EDM campaigns and automated retention workflows (welcome, abandoned cart, lifecycle). • Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive ROAS. • Campaign Governance: Work independently, follow instructions carefully, and ensure explicit approval is obtained before changing live campaigns or budgets. • Quality Control & Accuracy: Maintain flawless attention to detail by verifying all campaign elements (pricing, discount codes, product links) before going live. • Store Management & SEO: Maintain Shopify store content and optimize product/collection pages for on-page SEO.

Job Requirements

  • Portfolio Required: Must present a diverse portfolio of marketing creatives *personally produced* by you.
  • eCommerce Experience: Proven hands-on digital marketing experience within a Shopify environment.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Mid-to-advanced experience with Omnisend, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Design & Autonomy: Strong eye for clean, brand-consistent design and the ability to work independently without heavy revision loops.
  • Meticulous Nature: Hyper-focused on operational accuracy, proofreading, and following guidelines precisely.
