Account Director Senior- Fintech Enterprise

Role Description The Sales Professional identifies and develops new Large Enterprise Technology sales opportunities, provides product solutions, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales for the company. They introduce Lumen's Solutions Portfolio of services to new and/or existing large financial services clients (e.g., banking or capital markets), including navigating complex and regulated environments. They are responsible for the implementation of strategic and tactical sales account plans. Develops and maintains accurate sales and/or revenue forecasts and management of quota funnels. Main Responsibilities - Develop and maintain strategic relationships with existing and acquired customers to drive retention and growth - Create comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business and expand existing accounts - Identify, bid on, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets - Execute cross-sell and up-sell initiatives to increase overall customer spend - Provide accurate and detailed weekly sales forecasts of pipeline opportunities - Advise sales management on customer trends, organizational changes, and recommend strategic actions - Demonstrate and leverage deep knowledge of the company's full product and service portfolio - Manage end-to-end account responsibilities, including solution design, configuration, and order processing - Oversee service delivery, performance management, and revenue recognition to ensure customer satisfaction - Balance strategic vision with tactical execution to drive value and competitive positioning Qualifications - Experience supporting large financial services clients (e.g., banking or capital markets), including navigating complex and regulated environments, is a plus. - Requires at least 50% or more of time conducting sales activities outside of the office. - 7 years of industry / technical sales experience. - Business Outcome Selling Expertise - Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills as well as proficiency in selling to the close. - Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction. - Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus. Compensation This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
