Role Description Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Associate Partner candidate to join the leadership team of our North American Semiconductor practice. You will join the North American CMT leadership team, partnering with consulting leadership and sales to drive growth and delivery strategy, and helping to recruit and build high-performing teams. You will lead or participate in client teams responsible for problem definition, solution design, development and deployment for major transformation initiatives. As a thought leader in the CMT industry, you will lead major programs and serve as a key customer-facing advisor. You will contribute to the development of solutions to solve business problems and increase adoption of Infosys-driven solutions. This position is responsible for delivering measurable outcomes across the semiconductor value chain. You will operate with autonomy and sound judgment in complex, ambiguous environments. - Client Engagement & Business Development: - Core focus areas: Supply Chain transformation and ERP-led operating model change in semiconductor. - Build and manage senior-level client relationships across semiconductor IDMs, fabless companies, foundries, OSATs, and equipment manufacturers. - Executive advisory for COO/CIO/CFO on value case, roadmap, and operating model. - Identify and pursue new consulting opportunities, contributing to revenue growth and account expansion. - Lead proposal development, solution design, and deal shaping for strategic transformation programs. - Consulting Delivery & Thought Leadership: - Lead cross-functional teams delivering transformation engagements with deep functional expertise in 2+ semiconductor business domains. - Plan to Fulfill (Supply chain) - Procure to Pay - Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) - Record-to-Report (Finance) - Order to Cash - Lead to Order - Publish and present thought leadership on semiconductor supply chain, manufacturing digitization, and ERP transformation. - Practice Development: - Build reusable assets for semiconductor supply chain + ERP (playbooks, accelerators, process models). - Mentor and develop junior consultants and managers. - Contribute to the development of consulting assets, frameworks, and methodologies specific to the semiconductor domain. - Collaborate with global teams to build domain capabilities and reusable solutions. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. - 12+ years in consulting/industry with semiconductor supply chain and ERP-led transformation experience. - Proven leadership in semiconductor supply chain transformation (S&OP/IBP, planning, fulfillment, logistics). - Experience in the Hi-Tech / Technology Sector is a plus. - Proven track record of managing large-scale consulting engagements, ERP-led digital transformations and client relationships. - Deep understanding of semiconductor business models, technology trends, and operational challenges. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communications skills. - Passion for transforming our clients' businesses to unlock value for their shareholders, clients, and partners. - Ability to travel up to 4 days a week to multiple local, state and/or national client locations. - Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.
