Job Description The IT & Security Business Analyst, reporting to the BAE Systems US Controls IT & Security Business Partner, builds and maintains strong relationships with technology and business stakeholders. Through these relationships they work across the IT & Security organization to ensure the delivery of IT projects and services to the business. This role will review project and daily operations status, develop and manage schedules, generate project planning documentation, and prepare status reports. The position is accountable for leading Inc IT operations and project team members to achieve related business objectives, building road maps for improvement initiatives, driving change into the organization, and understanding the linkages and dependencies with other corporate initiatives. Specific responsibilities include: - Collaborates with business to understand IT requirements and priorities - Understands market directions and challenges, including customer priorities and competitive issues - Engages business stakeholders to understand IT & Security requirements and priorities - Provides early forecasting of high-level future business directions to IT & Security functional counterparts and relevant IT service centers - Communicates business needs with appropriate IT solution centers and/or Security representatives (internal/external) to gain alignment between business needs and outcomes - Defines, prioritizes, and represents IT & Security related program and project initiatives for the business - Gathers detailed business requirements and defines scope by conducting meetings/interviews, and facilitating large group/cross-functional sessions with partners - Ensures accurate representation and integration of functional stakeholders to major IT & Security projects - Assures IT & Security Service Delivery to the Product Lines through strong partnerships, communications, commitment, and mutual accountability with IT & Security (internal/external) counterparts and relevant IT service centers - Identifies IT & Security functional challenges and supports continuous improvement initiatives - Promotes cybersecurity compliance without significant impact to business operations - Maintains up-to-date awareness of the current and future directions of the industry and associated technologies, and forms recommendations for implementing new/upgraded systems, technologies and/or processes in the IT and or Security domains ensuring compliant and modernized capabilities are deployed Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Bachelors Degree in an IT or Engineering field - High level of technical understanding and competence across multiple disciplines to be able to analyze situations, and make plans, decisions, and manage competing demands - Knowledge of IT industry standard service delivery, operations, processes, standards, tools, and capabilities with a focus on infrastructure and project management - Track record of identifying, developing and implementing IT and Security system, people, and process improvements to improve business performance - Maintains a business driven focus of business operation, performance, and overall experience - Experience with budgeting and vendor management - Must be able to self-direct and have strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a dynamic environment - Must be a positive, flexible, highly motivated, & energetic person - Demonstrated record of managing internal and external (vendor) stakeholders to deliver technology solutions - Strong written, verbal and presentation skills-able to communicate technology solutions to non-technical stakeholders by focusing on business outcomes and value - Ability to work across multiple functions / organizations and build trusted working relationships - Ability to handle conflict and difficult situations Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Demonstrated record of capturing and developing business requirements to support the development of technical solutions - Program/Project Management and oversight - Ability to carry out data analytics to identify opportunities for efficiencies and innovation - Industry Specific standard certifications, i.e. Security+, DoD Security certifications, and ITIL Foundations - Master's degree in a related field - Secret Clearance - Program management certifications, i.e. PMP, AGILE - Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt - Experience with: - Oracle + Oracle APEX - Salesforce - MES Systems (ex: FactoryLogix, Siemens, Oracle) - SQL Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $120874 - $205486 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Collaborate with business partners to capture requirements, manage solution implementations, and build reporting solutions. Coordinate with offshore teams, present business cases to executives, and engage with experts for system design.

• Act as the liaison between Product and technology teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment of business objectives and technical solutions. • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and process reviews. • Develop comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), user stories, and process models. • Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design scalable, efficient solutions that meet business needs. • Conduct gap analyses to identify improvements between current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) state processes. • Support development teams by clarifying requirements, managing scope changes, and reviewing interim deliverables. • Partner with QA and business teams to define and execute test cases, manage UAT, and ensure traceability of requirements. • Facilitate deployment readiness through business validation, training, and communication support. • Monitor post-implementation performance, gather feedback, and recommend continuous improvements or system enhancements.
