Business Analyst – Mid-level
RNP
• Prepare commercial proposals. • Price and review offer values. • Support the organization in implementing the contracting process. • Validate contracting artifacts for RNP services. • Populate and update CRM and Power Apps; record requests. • Communicate with clients. • Create and review commercial templates as needed. • Build and review contracting kits. • Improve and standardize internal processes. • Support service onboarding; validate and contribute to service documentation. • Report and document issues and gaps identified for active catalog offers. • Keep the commercial knowledge base up to date. • Collaborate in the preparation of Technical Notes. • Prepare reports and dashboards with commercial results. • Present commercial results. • Align the client's demand scope with the technical teams of each service and supplier. • Actively participate in business and team meetings. • Ensure the organization of contracting artifacts.
Job Requirements
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Information Systems, Commercial Management, or related fields.
- Previous experience in sales operations, commercial planning, or related areas.
- Experience managing and analyzing sales indicators/KPIs.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably RD Station.
- Knowledge of structuring and improving commercial processes.
- Data analysis skills and experience building management reports (advanced Excel/Google Sheets and/or BI).
- Experience with Power BI.
- Ability to support planning and monitoring commercial targets.
- Knowledge of sales funnel concepts, customer journey, and commercial performance metrics.
- Preferred/Plus: Knowledge of public procurement/contracting processes.
- Experience in technology companies, digital services, or B2G models.
- Knowledge of commercial process automation and system integrations.
- Familiarity with process and project management methodologies.
- Experience with marketing and sales automation tools.
