• Support Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations by partnering with internal customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams • Onboard new suppliers and maintain accurate supplier records • Drive compliance and operational excellence by creating and managing organized Supplier Business Certification packages • Resolve SCM-related exceptions, improve data accuracy, and coordinate directly with suppliers • Ensure the timely processing of receipts and vouchers • Create and maintain vendor records in Oracle, PeopleSoft, and SAP systems • Review Annual Business Certification forms to ensure supplier compliance • Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve supplier record issues • Support internal and external audits • Maintain organized electronic files and documentation to ensure record integrity and traceability
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant supply chain experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related supply chain experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related supply chain experience
- 4+ years of experience with PeopleSoft
