Supply Chain Analyst, Specialist

• Create new vendor requests and maintain existing supplier records across Oracle, Costpoint, and SAP systems. • Review Annual Business Certification forms to ensure supplier compliance with FAR, DFARS, and internal policies and procedures. • Prepare and maintain organized Supplier Business Certification packages to support document traceability, data accuracy, and thorough record analysis. • Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve supplier record issues, including name changes, taxpayer ID updates, banking changes, and other system-related maintenance items. • Support internal and external audit activities, including audit walkthroughs and reconciliations across multiple systems. • Maintain document integrity and traceability through well-organized electronic filing systems and supporting documentation. • Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain organization through data collection and analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant supply chain experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related supply chain experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related supply chain experience.
- 2 years of Costpoint experience.
