• Responsible for establishing, developing and supporting the assigned Distributor. • Become an expert in ISI commercial operations, sales processes, and use of surgical robotics. • Teach distributor all aspects of clinical business, procedures and capital sales process. • Assist distributor in developing their business plans, including quarterly system and procedure targets. • Organize annual business planning meetings and quarterly business reviews with the distributor. • Organize and coordinate surgeon training activities utilizing the Technical Training Pathway (TTP). • Develop/align on regional strategy to support the adoption of da Vinci surgery over 3-5 years. • Conduct regular field visits with distributor representatives to understand market dynamics. • Provide distributor representatives with new and existing product information.

• Lead development of the global service parts demand planning process, including forecasts, validation, and continuous improvement • Implement statistical forecasting models and incorporate business intelligence (failures, installed base, lifecycle data) • Collaborate with regional teams and commercial partners to align consensus demand plans across geographies • Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and key KPIs, driving corrective actions as needed • Own global supply planning processes to ensure alignment between supply, demand, and inventory targets at repair centers • Drive inventory optimization strategies balancing service levels and working capital • Develop and manage replenishment policies, safety stock strategies, and order parameters at global repair centers • Establish and manage KPIs such as fill rate, backorder levels, lead time adherence, and inventory turns • Partner with regional supply chain teams to standardize planning processes and tools globally • Lead S&OP / IBP inputs for service parts demand and supply planning • Support network design and inventory placement strategies for global distribution centers

• Logistics leadership role for EMEA • Reporting into the Sr. Director of Global Logistics • Oversees the coordination of customer service and support activities for EMEA • Drives daily/weekly and year-end inventory cycle counts / Physical Inventory • Ensures all cycle count and Physical inventory procedures are properly documented, adhered to and up to date • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, operations, and finance • Manage and lead end-to-end logistics (warehousing, transportation, 3PL, etc.) across Onto all business units • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure logistics performance • Identify and resolve logistical problems and bottlenecks • Maintain strong knowledge of the company's products and services and all industry standards and practices
