Commercial Distribution Manager
Intuitive
• Responsible for establishing, developing and supporting the assigned Distributor. • Become an expert in ISI commercial operations, sales processes, and use of surgical robotics. • Teach distributor all aspects of clinical business, procedures and capital sales process. • Assist distributor in developing their business plans, including quarterly system and procedure targets. • Organize annual business planning meetings and quarterly business reviews with the distributor. • Organize and coordinate surgeon training activities utilizing the Technical Training Pathway (TTP). • Develop/align on regional strategy to support the adoption of da Vinci surgery over 3-5 years. • Conduct regular field visits with distributor representatives to understand market dynamics. • Provide distributor representatives with new and existing product information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or medical related field required, advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in Direct Sales, Distribution Sales or related positions in the medical device industry.
- Demonstrated success in leveraging a thorough understanding of market, trends, technology, and opportunities in the geographical region to develop successful distribution commercial plans.
- Strong leadership skills with deep business acumen in surgical robotics or related industry.
- Self-starter with genuine ability to develop strong partnerships.
- Strong team player and record of accomplishment in working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the culture, customs, and traditions of the countries under responsibility.
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Language: English fluent, Spanish fluent.

Role Description The Supply Chain Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted material and spare parts availability across multiple sites while optimizing inventory levels and working capital. This role partners closely with Procurement, Suppliers, Engineering, and cross-functional (XFN) teams to manage material planning, inventory accuracy, master data governance, and process automation. The individual will leverage MRP systems, analytics, and continuous improvement practices to prevent stock-outs, resolve material constraints, and support scalable operations. Key Responsibilities - Inventory Planning & Materials Management - Partner with Procurement teams and suppliers to ensure a steady flow of materials across all sites without overcapitalizing inventory. - Support spare parts fulfillment by managing material demand signals using MRP software. - Anticipate stock requirements based on current operations and future site or functional needs. - Analyze inventory levels to support both increased and reduced demand scenarios. - Execute inventory transactions, including material movements and inter-site transfers. - Analyze inventory across multiple sites to identify imbalances, risks, and optimization opportunities. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with SPL and Meta’s Infrastructure Business Operations Services (IBOS) Central team to review site Materials Stock Locations (MSLs) and close identified gaps. - Collaborate with SPL, IBOS Central, Engineering, and FacOps teams to resolve operational and system-related material issues. - Facilitate review and reclassification of materials with cross-functional (XFN) stakeholders. - Process Improvement & Automation - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance materials planning, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency. - Automate tactical and repetitive activities to improve productivity and scalability.
