SQLI

• Design and customization of Dynamics 365: Analyze business requirements and design tailored solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, etc.). • Development and integration: Develop technical solutions on Dynamics 365 using languages such as C#, JavaScript, and development tools (Power Platform, Power Automate, etc.). • Migration and upgrade management: Lead migration projects to Dynamics 365 or platform upgrades, ensuring continuity of service. • Process optimization: Collaborate with business teams to identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to optimize processes for customer relationship management, finance, sales, etc. • Technical support and training: Provide high-level technical support for internal users. Train and support teams to ensure optimal use of Dynamics 365. • Technology watch: Keep up-to-date with Dynamics 365 platform developments and propose continuous improvements to existing solutions. • Documentation and reporting: Write technical documentation and performance reports to ensure traceability and understanding of projects.

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, with deep expertise in customization, integration, and optimization of the platform.
  • Expertise in implementation, customization, and administration of Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency with associated development tools and languages (C#, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations, etc.).
  • Experience integrating with other systems (ERP, CRM, external databases, etc.).
  • Knowledge of best practices for security and permissions management in Dynamics 365.
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and associated project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Autonomy, leadership, and ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Proactivity and ability to anticipate business needs.
