Senior Product Designer

• Deliver end-to-end design artifacts: research, concepts, prototypes and UI • Conduct research and evaluative testing to understand customer needs • Utilise design practices (personas, journey maps) for a shared customer view • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to scope, prioritise and deliver solutions • Contribute to the design system, building reusable patterns and components for consistency • Support design team culture and processes with a mindset of continuous improvement

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a product designer, ideally in SaaS or modern cloud software
  • Skilled across the full design process: discovery, prototyping, iteration and delivery
  • Strong visual design and interaction design skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, across stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and making trade‑offs to achieve strategic goals
  • Experience working closely with product managers and engineers in cross‑functional teams
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, able to manage timelines independently
  • Research and data informed mindset, with the ability to seek and interpret insights to guide design decisions
  • Comfortable leveraging AI and open to new ways of working
