Job Requirements
- 5+ years in UX/product design with some experience leading or mentoring others
- Expertise in designing end-to-end digital products
- High proficiency with design tools and systems (e.g., Figma)
- Solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
- Experience using research to inform design decisions
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and bring clarity to complex challenges
