Role Description Du sorgst dafür, dass Bestands- und Neukundenleads schnell, verbindlich und konsequent bearbeitet werden. Du erkennst Chancen, bleibst dran und machst aus Interesse echte Kundenbeziehungen. Dabei bist du nicht allein unterwegs, sondern Teil eines Teams, das sich gegenseitig unterstützt, voneinander lernt und gemeinsam daran arbeitet, unseren Vertrieb voranzutreiben. Du bist im Sales zu Hause oder hast bereits Vertriebserfahrung gesammelt und möchtest jetzt den nächsten Schritt gehen: näher an Kund*innen, mehr Verantwortung für eigene Gespräche und mehr Fokus auf echte Abschlüsse. In dieser Rolle bearbeitest du mit hoher Schlagzahl Bestands- und Neukundenleads, erkennst Potenziale, bleibst konsequent dran und entwickelst aus ersten Kontakten belastbare Kundenbeziehungen. Du musst keine Kaltakquise machen, sondern arbeitest mit hochwertigen Neukunden-Leads und spannenden Bestandskunden. Daraus entwickelst du – allein oder gemeinsam mit unseren Fachexperten – deine Pipeline und bist verantwortlich dafür, deine Deals erfolgreich abzuschließen.
