Role Description Skybound Service Partners is a rapidly growing commercial roofing platform investing in the systems and processes that will run the business for years to come. You'll own training across our entire tech stack, close knowledge gaps with field and office teams, build the internal capability for continuous improvement, and help lay the foundation for how Skybound scales operationally. Key Responsibilities - Lead rollout training for Skybound Technology stack across field and office teams - Support training on additional platforms: CenterPoint Connect, Sage Intacct, and others as they come online - Develop and maintain a library of SOPs, how-to videos, and quick-reference guides for self-service learning - Provide one-on-one coaching during and after rollout periods - Track adoption and proactively identify knowledge gaps before they become operational problems - Own the tech stack component of new hire onboarding at the corporate level - Build a repeatable, scalable onboarding program that gets new employees productive fast - Partner with leadership and operations to identify process inefficiencies across the organization - Document and standardize workflows; lead CI initiatives as the function matures - Apply structured methodology (Six Sigma, Lean, or equivalent) in a practical, construction-appropriate way Qualifications - Background in construction — commercial roofing experience is a strong plus - Proven experience training on technology systems in field or operational environments - Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement certification - Strong communicator able to connect with both field crews and office staff - Comfortable with technology; ability to create video content and digital SOPs - Willingness to travel approximately one week per month, with heavier travel during initial rollouts Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Sage Intacct, CenterPoint Connect, Procore, or similar construction or financial platforms - Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation or video SOP tools Benefits - Competitive pay - Supportive work environment where your skills and contributions matter Company Description Skybound Service Partners is a national platform dedicated to partnering with leading commercial roofing and building services companies.
