Asistente de Operaciones Administrativas – Sector Salud

• Realizar la inscripción de afiliados de los canales individuales, corporativo individual, grupal, alianzas y telemarketing; garantizando el correcto registro en el sistema. • Validar los datos sensibles de los afiliados previo procesamiento en el sistema. • Garantizar que se cumpla con los requisitos establecidos para la afiliación, acorde al programa contratado y las reglas de negocio vigentes. • Generar las preliquidaciones de los clientes corporativos y grupales. • Realizar la liquidación de los pagos de los afiliados del canal individual. • Realizar, validar, ejecutar y reportar el proceso de recaudación del canal alianzas. • Realizar y validar el correcto procesamiento de novedades: bajas, renovaciones, entre otras. • Ejecutar los trámites diversos solicitados por los afiliados a través del equipo de experiencia, retenciones o recupero de los canales individuales. • Realizar la emisión y envío de los comprobantes de los canales corporativos, grupales y alianzas. • Participar activamente en las definiciones y desarrollos de proyectos vinculados a las funciones relacionadas al cargo. • Participar en el proceso de mejora continua del proceso operativo a su cargo. • Brindar soporte a los clientes internos y externos. • Realizar las tareas asignadas por el líder inmediato.
Job Requirements
- Estudios superiores o técnicos concluidos (egresado) de carreras afines al puesto administración ingeniería industrial afines
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en áreas de operaciones de empresas del sector banca, seguros, telecomunicaciones, retail o relacionadas.
- Inglés básico (deseable).
- Excel Nivel Intermedio (indispensable)
- SAP (deseable)
- Power BI (deseable)
- Disponibilidad para labora temporal en modalidad remoto de lunes a viernes de 9:00 am - 6:00 p.m.
