Role Description The Engineering Engagement Manager II is a delivery and project leadership role responsible for driving complex, cross-functional initiatives focused on environmentally responsible product design and service delivery excellence. This role combines deep technical program management with strong client and stakeholder engagement, ensuring successful execution of projects that align with environmental compliance, smarter chemistry initiatives, and business outcomes. The individual will lead end-to-end program delivery, manage customer expectations, and collaborate across engineering, operations, suppliers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, compliant, and sustainable solutions. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, leadership presence, and the ability to translate technical complexity into clear business value. Additionally, this individual will establish and track service level objectives (SLOs) across programs to ensure consistent performance, transparency, and alignment to defined success metrics. Qualifications - 5–7+ years of experience in program/project management, engineering, or professional services delivery. - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, materials science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). - Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies. - Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Experience working in fast-paced, technical environments with high expectations. - Proficiency in macOS and Apple productivity applications (Keynote, Numbers, Pages). - Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and modeling. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in consumer electronics, environmental compliance, or sustainable product development. - Familiarity with BOM management, PLM systems (e.g., Agile), and compliance tracking tools. - Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and/or project management certifications (PMP, Agile, ITIL). - Ability to work with technical experts and effectively communicate complex concepts to nontechnical audiences. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort handling large datasets. - Proficiency in PowerPoint (or equivalent presentation tools such as Keynote). - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
