• Deliver the best quality of care to the Participant to help them reach the agreed-upon goals for an improved quality of life and wellbeing • Productivity standards may vary by customer contract; however, below are the general standards that will apply: 30 completed sessions of direct counseling care per week • Concurrent note-taking during sessions • Treatment plans and other documentation as required • Treatment team meetings with the customer, as applicable • Weekly Synchronous Health team meeting • Attend Weekly Clinical Supervision Meeting • Advocates for the Participant in decisions regarding meeting their clinical needs • Liaises closely with Customer Success activities and requests, advocating for the customer’s needs to be met • Bring successful models and techniques from other experiences and bodies of evidence to best support participants • Supports the development of materials for communication, outreach, and marketing of Synchronous Health’s services to participants, clinicians, partners, and within the industry at large (i.e., conference presentations, attending networking events, active in professional organizations, etc.) • Serve as the first point of contact for escalation for participants who are displeased with any aspect of their experience • Reports to the Operations team as the second point of escalation if participants’ concerns are unresolved • Keep abreast of new developments in clinical care, including analog and digital techniques • Other duties as assigned

• Provision of clinical supervision to an assigned group of Resident Talk Therapists • Provision of weekly group supervision • Provision of individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 15 clinical hours • Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly • Willingness to provide documentation oversight • Coaching on professional and clinical development of the resident clinician • Completion of weekly documentation as evidence of supervision sessions • Completion of coaching documentation regarding any disciplinary or performance concerns • Collaboration with the Regional Clinical Director regarding any performance issues

• Assisting psychiatry clinicians with onboarding and account setup • Troubleshoot EHR-related issues for psychiatry clinicians • Assist with questions that arise from psychiatry clinicians with an emphasis on troubleshooting and following up on e-prescribing issues that may arise • Triage questions/requests to direct to clinical and/or operational leadership, as appropriate, with timely communication • Assist in managing high-volume email accounts to answer questions for psychiatry clinicians • Provide additional administrative support to medical staff, Regional Operations Directors, and program leadership • Following up with psychiatry clinicians on clinical and administrative documentation • Multidisciplinary care coordination with the ability to problem solve, troubleshoot, and track key projects and issues in a timely manner. • Assist in maintaining SOPs for all aspects of the MCD position • Provide as needed support to Medical Assistants with responsibilities including Labs, Prior Authorizations, Paperwork Requests and Refill Requests during high volume period • Support Psych program leadership with ad hoc projects

• Lead and grow a distributed product engineering team, fostering a culture of craft, psychological safety, and continuous improvement. • Own engineering quality standards—code review practices, testing philosophy, documentation expectations, and how the team thinks about technical debt. • Drive architectural evolution in partnership with tech leads, including ongoing modernization of our platform and our integrations with AdvanceMD EHR, Salesforce, and third-party insurance and credentialing systems. • Own site reliability: incident response, on-call structure, observability tooling (Datadog), and the broader SRE function as it matures. • Shape how our engineering team adopts agentic coding tools—setting the tone, building guardrails, and developing the internal practices that make AI-assisted development a genuine accelerant. • Partner with Product and Design leadership to influence how work is scoped, sequenced, and executed—ensuring engineering perspective is part of the planning process, not just the delivery. • Own the engineering hiring process end-to-end: defining roles, calibrating candidates, and building a team that raises the collective bar. • Represent engineering in cross-functional leadership conversations, translating technical context into business impact and vice versa. • Build and maintain a healthy, high-trust relationship with your team—creating the conditions for engineers to do the best work of their careers.

• Provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends • Partner with health systems and primary care providers • Support clients with compassionate, evidence-based care • Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing • Flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET

• Manage, mentor, and elevate a team of data analysts, conducting regular work reviews, dashboard audits, and providing continuous feedback on interpreting data, communicating to non-technical stakeholders, and driving business impact • Oversee day-to-day task allocation, pipeline prioritization, and sprint planning for the analyst team to ensure high-velocity, high-accuracy execution • Serve as a primary strategic partner to business unit leaders (Growth, Operations, Clinical Quality), leading requirement-gathering sessions and translating broad business goals into precise data requirements • Own the delivery and synthesis of high-level business analyses, directly presenting performance reviews and report-outs to business leaders • Look past the "what" of the data to find the "why"; proactively recommending operational workflow modifications or technical changes based on data-driven insights • Maintain a hands-on presence in the work - stepping in to write complex SQL and navigating our BI tool - but your primary value is in the insight and the recommendation, not the build.
