• Leads the financial performance, analytics, governance, and value creation activities associated with Sodexo Canada's Supply Chain and Procurement functions. • Accountable for maximizing vendor funding performance, improving spend compliance, enhancing supply-related forecasting accuracy, and delivering actionable insights that support margin expansion and working capital improvement. • Partners closely with Procurement, Commercial Finance, and BP&A teams to maximize Vendor Discount Agreement (VDA) performance, improve spend compliance, optimize vendor funding recovery, and identify opportunities to improve gross margin and working capital performance. • Drives continuous improvement through data analytics, reporting automation, and process transformation initiatives that strengthen decision-making and financial performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, with significant experience in Supply Finance, Procurement Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendor funding programs, rebate recovery processes, working capital initiatives, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Experience partnering with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial leaders to drive financial performance and business outcomes.
  • Professional accounting, supply chain, finance, analytics, or business certifications are considered an asset.
