• Prospect and close new business in the industrial gases segment, expanding the customer base within the assigned region; • Perform continuous market monitoring, keeping leadership informed about market opportunities, industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to maintain competitiveness; • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, building relationships with customers and partners; • Assist in defining the company's strategic market positioning based on market studies and analysis of risks and opportunities; • Responsible for commercializing products and equipment related to the industrial gases segment within their unit or region; • Provide technical and commercial follow-up for a customer portfolio and contract negotiations; • Ensure achievement of monthly sales budget targets, defined by segment, through market activities; • Analyze performance indicators (sales volume, market share, and price relativity); • Analyze monthly results, identify root causes, and prepare action plans; • Negotiate prices, terms and conditions of contracts with prospective customers; • Build lasting relationships with prospective customers, demonstrating technical knowledge and expertise in industrial gases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in developing new customers (preferably in the industrial gases sector).
- Experience in B2B sales prospecting.
- Ability to build relationships and rapport with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Market analysis skills and the ability to identify business opportunities.
- Proven experience selling industrial gases or related products is a plus.
- Communication skills.

- Flexibility and proactivity.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
