• Prepare detailed business plans for business immigration petitions (including but not limited to E-2, L-1, EB-2 NIW, EB-1, and similar categories) • Develop financial projections, budgets, cash flow analyses, and revenue models in line with immigration case requirements • Work closely with the Billing team to ensure financial assumptions and projections are consistent with internal standards • Collaborate with Immigration attorneys and case teams to align business plans with petition strategy • Translate financial data into clear, professional English narratives suitable for USCIS review • Revise and update business plans based on attorney and billing feedback • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all business plan documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong written English skills with the ability to prepare professional, client-facing documents
- Solid understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
