Role Description Buscamos un(a) asesor estratégico para desarrollar una consultoría estratégica de corto plazo con experiencia en modelos de negocio digitales e innovación, capaz de conectar tecnología, estrategia y crecimiento. La persona asesorará la evaluación estratégica del portafolio de soluciones digitales de Fundación Capital, identificando oportunidades para fortalecer su propuesta de valor, escalabilidad, sostenibilidad y posicionamiento en el mercado. Ubicación: Remoto (preferiblemente América Latina). Tipo de contratación: Consultoría estratégica por un periodo de 3 meses. Propósito de la consultoría: Brindar asesoría estratégica a la Dirección Ejecutiva para fortalecer la evolución del portafolio de soluciones digitales y de la unidad Advanced Digital Services (ADS), aportando una visión independiente sobre: - Modelos de negocio - Propuesta de valor - Segmentos de mercado - Sostenibilidad financiera - Estrategia tecnológica - Capacidades requeridas - Prioridades de inversión Responsabilidades clave: - Liderar una revisión estratégica del portafolio actual de soluciones digitales de Fundación Capital. - Evaluar el posicionamiento, la propuesta de valor y el potencial de crecimiento del portafolio de soluciones digitales, formulando recomendaciones sobre la evolución de productos con base en criterios estratégicos, financieros y de impacto. - Evaluar y fortalecer los modelos de negocio de las soluciones digitales actuales y futuras. - Diseñar estrategias para la comercialización, escalamiento y posicionamiento de las soluciones digitales, identificando oportunidades de nuevos mercados, clientes, alianzas estratégicas y fuentes de ingresos. - Analizar, junto con los equipos técnicos, las principales implicaciones estratégicas de la arquitectura actual, incluyendo riesgos de escalabilidad, dependencias relevantes, sostenibilidad tecnológica y decisiones que requieran validación especializada. - Analizar los costos de desarrollo, mantenimiento y operación de las plataformas, identificando oportunidades de optimización. - Identificar y priorizar oportunidades de incorporación de inteligencia artificial y tecnologías emergentes que puedan fortalecer la propuesta de valor, eficiencia, escalabilidad o sostenibilidad de las soluciones digitales. - Recomendar alianzas tecnológicas estratégicas que aceleren el desarrollo y escalamiento de las soluciones. - Analizar tendencias del mercado tecnológico relevantes para la evolución de Fundación Capital. - Evaluar la estructura, capacidades, procesos y modelo operativo del área. - Proponer recomendaciones para fortalecer la eficiencia, sostenibilidad e innovación de la unidad. Otras tareas: - Participar en espacios de planeación estratégica con la Dirección Ejecutiva. - Facilitar talleres y sesiones de trabajo con equipos multidisciplinarios. - Acompañar procesos de priorización de inversiones en soluciones digitales. - Representar a Fundación Capital en conversaciones con aliados estratégicos cuando sea requerido. Qualifications - Pensamiento estratégico y visión de largo plazo. - Capacidad para conectar tecnología, negocio e impacto social. - Alta capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados. - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e influencia. Requirements - Experiencia sólida en modelos de negocio digitales, productos tecnológicos, plataformas, SaaS, soluciones B2B/B2G o modelos de negocio basados en tecnología. - Capacidad para evaluar propuesta de valor, segmentos, monetización, unit economics, sostenibilidad financiera y rutas de crecimiento. - Comprensión funcional del ciclo de vida de productos digitales, roadmaps, desarrollo de software, datos, arquitectura tecnológica, ciberseguridad, escalabilidad e integraciones. - Capacidad para conversar y trabajar con equipos técnicos, identificar riesgos estratégicos y formular preguntas relevantes, sin requerir experiencia como desarrollador(a) o arquitecto(a) de software. - Conocimiento de tendencias de inteligencia artificial y capacidad para evaluar casos de uso desde una perspectiva de negocio, impacto, viabilidad y riesgos. - Capacidad para estructurar análisis, facilitar decisiones ejecutivas y construir hojas de ruta estratégicas. - Idiomas: Inglés - Nivel profesional avanzado; Español - Nivel avanzado o nativo. Experience Required - Mínimo 8–10 años de experiencia relevante en estrategia digital, productos digitales, innovación, desarrollo de negocio, crecimiento, consultoría estratégica o liderazgo de unidades tecnológicas. - Experiencia asesorando empresas tecnológicas, startups, scale-ups o unidades digitales de organizaciones complejas. - Experiencia desarrollando, evaluando o transformando modelos de negocio digitales, propuestas de valor, estrategias de crecimiento o portafolios de productos.
