We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Systems Analyst to help manage the optimization, integration, and administration of systems and processes that drive revenue efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role focuses on data accuracy, system scalability, and cross-functional alignment to ensure the business operates efficiently and strategically. You’ll partner closely with go-to-market teams to enhance reporting, streamline workflows, and maintain the technology stack that enables revenue operations at AbsenceSoft. Configure, customize, and maintain CRM and CPQ systems (such as Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ) to support evolving business requirements. Manage CPQ integration workflows, pricing rules, quote templates, and approval processes to ensure consistent and compliant deal execution. Administer and enhance contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools (e.g., Ironclad) and their integrations with CRM systems. Build Salesforce Flows, custom objects, formula fields, validation rules, and deploy change sets. Oversee sales enablement and productivity tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, RingLead), ensuring adoption, optimization, and data accuracy. Implement and maintain integrations across key business systems (e.g., NetSuite, Jira, Mavenlink, Celigo) to enable seamless data flow and reporting. Ensure data integrity, architecture consistency, and high-quality standards across all integrated systems. Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking for end users. Collaborate across departments to understand business processes and identify opportunities for CRM and system optimization. Evaluate and recommend new tools and manage relationships with third-party vendors and system administrators.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience administering or supporting CRM systems, with advanced Salesforce administration experience highly desired.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data models, automation, and change management processes.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and optimizing revenue systems, CPQ, CLM, and sales productivity tools.
  • Hands-on experience with RingLead, ZoomInfo, Gong, Ironclad, and Outreach/SalesLoft.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and SaaS industry environments preferred.
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, APEX/VisualForce, or ETL platforms a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, document complex systems, and communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of and ability to leverage AI tools and concepts to automate reporting, enhance forecasting, and optimize workflows.

Your Purpose As a Fraud Prevention Sr. Specialist, you will own the evolution and execution of the Fraud Management Program for Bitso Business across key markets including Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina and the United States.
