• Manage end-to-end quantitative research projects, from kick-off to delivery of raw data sets (no analysis) • Deeply understand client objectives to design tailored research solutions • Translate client needs clearly to internal and external teams • Serve as the primary client contact during all operational phases: kick-off, questionnaire design, fieldwork, and delivery • Track project progress proactively and provide timely updates to clients • Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize satisfaction and long-term retention • Onboard clients on the Potloc Platform to optimize their experience and efficiency • Contribute to process and product improvements by suggesting new features and workflows

Job Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Market Research industry
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines efficiently
  • Good understanding of sampling methodologies (CATI, CAWI, etc.)
  • Experience in questionnaire design (creation and optimization)
  • Highly autonomous, results-driven, and proactive
  • Strong judgment with a track record of solving challenges quickly and effectively
  • Skilled at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously across various stages of the customer journey
  • Able to perform under pressure and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with consulting and private equity firms is a plus
