Role Description The Design Studio at Tombras is seeking a detail-oriented Production Designer to partner with the creative team. This role is responsible for executing and refining integrated campaign assets across social, digital, print, and experiential channels. The Production Designer will help translate creative concepts into high-quality final deliverables, ensuring consistency with brand standards and overall visual integrity. This position plays an important role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of work produced by the creative team. Where you'll be working: Knoxville, TN What you'll be doing: - Design Adaptation: Take established creative concepts across multiple formats and platforms, including resizing and versioning assets for social media, digital advertising, and print. - Production Execution: Prepare accurate, production-ready files using provided assets, templates, and vendor specifications. - Asset Organization: Collect, organize, and manage design assets from various sources, including working files, imagery, copy, and technical documentation. - Quality Assurance: Review files for accuracy, ensuring correct formatting, color profiles, resolution, and print specifications prior to final approval. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers and Creative teams to understand project scope, timelines, and deliverables. - Workflow Management: Maintain organized file structures and version control to support an efficient production process. Qualifications - 1–3 years of relevant experience in a design, production, or studio environment, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team. - A portfolio demonstrating strong design execution and attention to detail is required. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud - specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects. - Proficiency in Figma, including navigating design systems and preparing assets, is preferred. - Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office in a Mac-based environment. - Technical Knowledge of design and production fundamentals, including typography, layout, color modes (CMYK/RGB), resolution, and file preparation. - Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, detailed-oriented high-quality work with strong organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Role Description As an entry‑level Paid Search Analyst, you will support our Paid Search Managers in developing, executing and optimizing paid search campaigns. Responsibilities include: - Budget monitoring & pacing: track daily and weekly budget pacing across multiple campaigns, proactively coordinating with search planners and buyers to ensure spending aligns with client objectives. - Campaign management: build and launch paid search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, App Download, and YouTube campaigns; monitor flight dates, start/stop campaigns on schedule, and maintain up‑to‑date budgets in the agency’s billing system. - Optimization implementation: execute daily, weekly and monthly optimizations (keyword expansions, bid adjustments, audience refinements, creative testing) to maximize performance. - Invoice reconciliation: reconcile media invoices and coordinate with account teams and media strategy leads to ensure accurate billing. - Reporting & analysis: pull and analyze performance data from Google Ads, Google Analytics and other platforms; prepare interim and final reports highlighting optimizations, insights and operational metrics for clients. - Keyword and ad copy support: assist with keyword research, ad copy writing and quality assurance to improve campaign relevance and efficiency. - Client presentations: prepare performance summaries and insights for client meetings; support the Search Department in new client presentations when needed. Qualifications - 1 + years’ experience in digital marketing (internships or co‑ops count) with familiarity using Google Ads and Google Analytics. - Google Ads certification is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills – comfortable working with data, identifying trends and recommending optimizations. - Exceptional organization and attention to detail – able to manage multiple budgets, campaigns and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. - Excellent communication skills – capable of distilling technical insights into clear recommendations for teammates and clients. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote and Word – skilled with pivot tables, formulas and data visualization.
