• Manage end-to-end quantitative research projects, from kick-off to delivery of raw data sets (no analysis) • Deeply understand client objectives to design tailored research solutions • Translate client needs clearly to internal and external teams • Serve as the primary client contact during all operational phases: kick-off, questionnaire design, fieldwork, and delivery • Track project progress proactively and provide timely updates to clients • Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize satisfaction and long-term retention • Onboard clients on the Potloc Platform to optimize their experience and efficiency • Contribute to process and product improvements by suggesting new features and workflows

• As a **Sampling Strategist** (internal title), you'll be our first Indian-based hire on this team, joining a group of 4 colleagues across Montreal and Paris. • Our mission is to recruit respondents who match precise profiling criteria and deliver high-quality data that drives actionable insights for our clients — while maintaining optimal sampling margins and meeting client deadlines. • Reporting to our Strategy Director, you will work on different types of B2B and B2C projects for the world’s leading consulting and private equity firms. • Plan multi-channel sampling strategies and allocated budgets • Own the project health (sample structure, margins, deadlines) • Ensure the quality of internal stakeholders' deliverables • Manage the follow-up with external stakeholders

• Organize, structure, and validate survey datasets. • Produce data tables and cross-tabulations using SPSS, Excel or Google Sheets. • Apply recodes, derived variables, weighting, and logic checks to ensure accurate outputs. • Apply market research methodologies (Conjoint, MaxDiff, Crosstabs, experienced plan, TURF analysis) • Monitor logic consistency, and response patterns. • Identify outliers, potential data quality issues, and incoherent responses. • Document cleaning decisions and maintain clear version control. • Configure and validate dashboards within the Potloc App to ensure metrics are accurate and aligned with project specifications. • Use AI tools for tasks such as open-end coding and translation where relevant. • Test internal workflows and provide structured feedback to improve automation and efficiency. • Identify repetitive tasks that could be optimized. • Manage 6–8 projects at different stages. • Prioritize tasks based on delivery timelines. • Proactively flag data risks or inconsistencies early in the process. • Collaborate with Engineering on technical tickets affecting data processing. • Coordinate with translation vendors.
