• Provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation • Oversee any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems • Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system • Serve as company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters • Perform installations, maintenance, validations, and repairs while ensuring compliance with PerkinElmer’s service standards • Engage with customers to understand their analytical workflows and tailor service offerings • Enhance account profitability through efficient service execution • Maintain assigned assets, including tools, test equipment, telecommunication equipment, and service parts inventory • Enhance PerkinElmer’s product quality by proactively reporting improvement opportunities • Attend higher level certification through participation in company sponsored training & development offerings • Complete all administrative tasks, including but not limited to time reporting and assigned training • Maintain training and compliance in areas of health and safety, security, environmental and operational aspects of daily activities in the working environment.

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for assigned territory, supporting service-related sales initiatives and customer escalations. • Provide technical training and re-education to distributor partners and field teams on equipment capabilities, maintenance, and troubleshooting. • Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as first-time fix rate, asset uptime, and service response time. • Conduct site visits for installations, demos, and escalated service issues to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. • Collaborate with Account Managers and Distributor Managers to identify service gaps and implement corrective actions. • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety protocols. • Support the rollout of new equipment and technical programs in the field. • Other duties as assigned

• Wartung, Service und Montage von Umwelt- und Prozessmesstechnik • Organisation und Dokumentation der Wartungs- und Serviceeinsätze • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen zu technischen Problemen (Remote-Support) • Selbstständige Problemanalyse und Erarbeitung von Lösungen unter Hinzuziehung unserer Fachexperten • Bereitschaftsdienst (inkl. Wochenende) im kollegial geregelten Wechsel aller Servicetechniker
