What You'll Do: - Build and maintain executive-level relationships, understanding strategic objectives and aligning solutions accordingly to customer needs. - Coordinate with product and marketing teams to develop sector-specific materials and case studies. Qualifications - Minimum of 10 years of experience selling technology solutions in the enterprise space, showcasing a history of exceeding sales targets. - + 1 year experience working at a growing startup. - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred. Requirements - Mastery in navigating complex sales cycles engaging with C-suite and senior management to address their unique challenges. - Proficiency in articulating the value of our products, aligning with the specific needs and compliance requirements amongst complex organizations. - Strong collaboration with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Completed MEDDPICC Training | Command of The Message or Equivalents. • Handle scheduled inbound sales calls with prospective clients • Build rapport with clients by understanding their situation and explaining the company's services • Confidently answer questions and manage objections throughout the sales conversation • Guide qualified prospects through the payment process or invoice setup • Welcome new community members and introduce them to available resources and educational webinars • Follow up with leads as needed to maximize conversion opportunities • Maintain accurate communication records using company systems • Participate actively in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and role-playing exercises
