Senior Sourcing Manager - Indirect Procurement, Professional Services

Role Description The Professional Services Sourcing Manager for the Indirect Sourcing organization will be expected to collaborate with key business stakeholders from other business functions to develop strategies and deliver sustainable value to the organization. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with their internal business units and drive enterprise-wide sourcing, category management, contract negotiation and delivery of technology to the related spend categories. This position will represent Sourcing as the subject matter expert and provide strategic guidance within the Professional Services categories; manage and execute appropriate sourcing processes and procedures. This role provides leadership and direction in support of the company’s Professional Services, including but not limited to: - Consulting services - Compensation and benefits - Talent acquisition - Legal - Finance - HR Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Sourcing, or related business field. - APICS/NAPM, CPIM or CPM certification or equivalent preferred. - Demonstrated results in Indirect Sourcing spaces, specifically Professional Services, compensation & benefits, and HR. - Experience with procurement technology platforms (source-to-pay) and e-procurement software. - Deep understanding of levers to identify and unlock opportunities. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Sourcing Manager in Indirect Sourcing. - Considered as subject matter expert in Professional Services and HR categories. - Experienced with multi-step strategic sourcing processes in a range of categories is a plus. - Skilled in negotiations, collaboration, communication, strategy, change management. - Experience with complex leveraged agreements, multi-year contracts, and SOWs. - Highly results-oriented and focused on business priorities with a successful record of accomplishments. - Excellent supplier relationship management skills. - Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments concurrently, including ability to assess and manage priorities. - Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. - Must be able to build rapport with Operations and cross-functional colleagues and be able to foster collaborative relationships. - Capable of operating with ambiguity, ability to influence internal stakeholders, and vendor relationships. - Strong knowledge of the business and long-term strategic goals. - Strong customer service skills are required. Requirements - Experience in leading contractual negotiations in Professional Services, including consulting services, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, legal, finance, HR. - Lead development and implementation and governance of Global Sourcing strategies for major categories aimed at successful and controlled execution, net cost savings, free cash flow, and risk mitigation. - Build common purpose with key business functional leaders to create a collaborative approach to supplier relationship management. - Deep understanding of supply, demand and strategic levers that would support the Professional Services roadmap. - Establish global spend visibility to clearly define category spend baselines, current suppliers, and track go-forward impact. - Sourcing strategies should include volume aggregation, competitive bidding, low-cost country sourcing, should-cost models, strategic supplier designations at a sub-category level, SLA, KPIs, financial tracking, and identification of new suppliers. - Achieve early wins to build organizational confidence and momentum. - Engage with the business functions to identify sourcing opportunities, drive RFP process and competitive bidding. - Ensure that essential supplier agreements are in place. - Develop a clear channel of calendar, cadence, content for communication, alignment, and coordination between functional counterparts in the business units across all levels of the enterprise.
