Solutions Engineer – Mid Market

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation in a SaaS environment
- 1+ years of selling into Enterprise level accounts
- Strong technical acumen—comfortable with APIs, SSO, basic scripting (e.g., Python, JS), and debugging tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and product/engineering teams
- Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and love building from scratch
- Bias for action, low ego, and a passion for helping others grow through communication
