Explosive growth: We are growing 2X revenue Quarter over Quarter. As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for GTM and sales activation, you'll own the commercial success of our products in the field. You'll lead the sales enablement that equips sales teams to win, build the segment- and persona-specific messaging that makes our core narrative land in every buyer conversation, and arm partners and sales with the high-impact tools they need to close. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of product, sales, and field enablement. What You'll Do - Own the development and execution of GTM programs, sales plays, and field activation strategies that drive pipeline, seller productivity, and revenue growth for the business. - Create and maintain high-impact sales tools: pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling guides, ROI tools, and one-pagers - Partner with sales leadership to assess the ongoing needs of the sales team, identifying and addressing knowledge or skill gaps - Lead cross-functional enablement planning to ensure sellers are ramped and ready on new products, messaging, and GTM priorities - Develop integrated GTM frameworks - including audience segmentation, messaging architecture, value propositions, and competitive positioning - that translate product capabilities into field-ready programs - Build a specific enablement strategy and playbook to support our sales motion for multiple SKUs, helping sales drive upsell revenue - Partner with the Monetization Lead on pricing, packaging, and message testing to ensure GTM materials reflect current pricing and packaging decisions - Support our Partnerships team with partner-facing pitch decks and talk tracks, demo access, and training on how to sell and position Eve - Establish and track key metrics for enablement programs to measure their effectiveness and business impact What We're Looking For: - You have 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or legaltech, with a proven track record of building effective sales enablement programs - You are deeply empathetic to the needs of sales teams and have a passion for creating tools and training that help them win - You are an exceptional project manager, capable of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and keeping teams aligned and on schedule - You have a data-driven mindset and are comfortable defining KPIs, analyzing performance data, and using insights to optimize programs - You possess a strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a fast-paced environment where you can have a foundational impact - You are a clear and compelling communicator, able to translate technical product details into business value for customers and internal teams - You have people leadership experience or a clear track record of mentoring others, and you're excited to build and lead a team as this function grows **Strong preference for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City.** Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, interview performance, and the scope and level of the role and candidate.
