• Develop GTM strategies, frameworks and tactics for overall effectiveness • Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams for new product launches • Design, execute, and manage sales enablement and readiness plans • Manage client engagement strategies throughout the purchase journey • Develop communication plans for key messaging to partners and clients • Create external-facing tools and materials for Sales teams • Interface with cross-functional teams for insight and support • Provide perspective and expertise to Corporate Marketing • Manage key GTM metrics that map contributions to value drivers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or related field
- Five years' experience developing strategies and tactics in go-to-market, marketing, product management or related field
- Outstanding written, storytelling and verbal communication skills
- Strong creative and content development skills
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter
- Ability to operate and thrive in ambiguous circumstances

• Included Health is seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and creative Senior Product Marketing Manager to help shape foundational product positioning and lead high-priority growth opportunities for our Health Plan and Public Sector segments, ultimately driving higher win rates and pipeline acceleration.
