Role Description ADTRAV is seeking a Project Manager who is a highly motivated individual that enjoys interfacing with clients and working in a team-oriented environment where contributions are valued, make a difference, and are rewarded. This position will lead internal and external stakeholders through software development and implementation projects, and other key client projects effectively and efficiently. This will include: - Conducting routine calls with the client and internal stakeholders. - Updating and adhering to a project plan. - Writing work orders and communicating requirements effectively to key stakeholders. This RezDesk Project Manager is an SME on ADTRAV’s RezDesk team developing knowledge of proprietary products, solutions, and workflows that can bring together business and information technologies by understanding the needs and limitations of each. Active development of this knowledge is key to success for this position. This position has access to data and travelers as part of a government contract. Candidates for this position are required to be a US Citizen per contract requirements and pass extensive government clearances, that include reviewing criminal history, credit, employment, and IRS tax information. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: - Understand ADTRAV products, systems, and processes to assist clients and communicate best practices on configurable options of the ADTRAV and OBT systems. - Serve as a point of contact for the client during the solution development and implementation process. - Lead implementation calls with clients and internal stakeholders. - Prepare meeting agendas and write summaries after meetings to provide to all stakeholders. - Write requirements documents based on client and internal conversations. - Communicate requirements clearly and effectively to key stakeholders. - Track project plan and ensure it stays on track and deliverables are communicated to stakeholders. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met. - Adjust schedules and timelines as needed based on client requirements and objectives. - Ensure availability and allocation of resources. - Create and maintain thorough project documentation. - Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. - Provide reports and updates to management as required. - Become an expert in ADTRAV's industry and customer base. - Represent ADTRAV by embracing the company values and maintaining effective working relationships with employees, partners, vendors, and clients. - Adhere to company policies and procedures. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience required. - At least 2 years of professional experience overseeing/managing projects. - 3+ years of implementation experience. - Experience in the travel industry with technologies, including GDS systems and booking tools strongly preferred. - Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. - Experience with Jira or other ticketing systems required. - Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT). - Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. - Adept at finding solutions to meet the needs of key stakeholders. - Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality. - Highly self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines. - Excellent time-management and organizational skills. - Ability to communicate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely, while also being open to receive feedback and direction as needed. - Able to present a professional and positive demeanor with internal and external customers/clients and work cooperatively. - Ability to work remotely and meet the company home-office requirements. - Able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time, without leaving the work area. - Able to maintain confidentiality of company and client information. - Able to successfully pass a credit, criminal, and/or employment reference background check. - This position has access to data as part of a government contract, and it is a requirement of the contract for individuals to be a U.S. citizen. Candidates must be able to show proof upon hire that they meet this requirement. - Able to successfully pass a government clearance process as required by clients. Role Description Stand-up the deployment, standardization, and adoption of project controls systems and methodologies for projects transitioning from Development to the Execution phase of work. Notable focus area in optimizing the engagement & controls ecosystem between Beale Infrastructure and EPC / GC partners. Provide technical guidance across the Controls team, support Projects through key strategic decisions, and facilitate ad-hoc support for break-in Delivery team demands.
