Role Description Stand-up the deployment, standardization, and adoption of project controls systems and methodologies for projects transitioning from Development to the Execution phase of work. Role Description The Project Manager is responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle of cross-functional projects, in alignment with PMO standards, methodologies, and governance. This includes liaising with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality outcomes. A critical component of the Project Manager’s role is to lead the people change management aspects of the program, after assessing implications of the project outcomes on the workforce. The PM will provide regular updates to all stakeholders, including formal reports to the PMO Manager, to communicate progress, highlight variances against the plan, and problem solve.
