• Execute quality and compliance strategies and initiatives across the organization • Manage tracking, reporting, and documentation of quality and compliance activities • Lead quality processes and support process improvement initiatives • Mentor colleagues and collaborate across functional teams • Represent the department as a primary point of contact on assigned projects • Apply comprehensive knowledge of ICH GCP and applicable regulations to support clinical development programs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ICH GCP and applicable clinical research regulations
  • Proven project management experience managing clinical trial delivery activities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams
  • Experience mentoring colleagues and leading project or process improvement initiatives
