Associate, Field Service Project Management

• Assist with project financial tracking, including budgets, forecasts, and expense reviews • Support cost validation and purchase order tracking • Review time and cost entries to ensure accuracy and alignment with project plans • Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation • Support resource coordination and task tracking • Organize and manage project files and records • Assist with quote preparation and order documentation • Support internal approval and project initiation processes • Track vendor and partner deliverables and costs • Participate in team and partner meetings, capturing notes and follow-ups • Maintain project tracking tools and dashboards • Support preparation of status updates, reports, and presentations • Assist with project completion documentation and final submissions • Support financial reconciliation and closeout activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Excel and standard business tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Internship or coursework related to project management, operations, or finance (preferred)
- Familiarity with project management or CRM tools (preferred)
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams (preferred)
