Strong candidates might - Arrive with clear points of view on what experiments to run, why they matter, and how to evaluate their impact - Be able to quickly dive into data to uncover growth or monetization opportunities - Demonstrate ownership beyond implementation, from hypothesis formulation through post-launch analysis and follow-ups - Have experience scaling growth systems or experimentation platforms in a production environment Our stack You don’t need experience with everything below, but you should be excited to work across it: - Backend: Ruby on Rails, Grape, PostgreSQL, Redis - Frontend: React, TypeScript - Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows Salary Ranges - Tier 1 Salary Hiring Range: $224,400 — $271,920 USD - Tier 2 Salary Hiring Range: $205,700 — $249,260 USD - Tier 3 Salary Hiring Range: $187,000 — $226,600 USD The ranges listed above are the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
