Role Description We at Coforge are hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer (#21223) with the following skill set. - Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available AI-powered backend platforms deployed on AWS. - Architect and implement high-quality backend services, collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the full software development lifecycle. - Ensure code quality through best engineering practices, automated testing, code reviews, technical documentation, and production support. - Mentor engineers, drive technical discussions, and contribute to the continuous evolution of backend architecture and engineering excellence. Role Description This role focuses on building and running high-impact experiments that improve how users discover, adopt, and pay for Calendly within our Growth organization. You’ll work across the stack, partner closely with product and analysts, and ship changes that are measured in real business outcomes. This is not a traditional feature team role.
