• Explore, analyze, interpret and process large volumes of structured and unstructured data. • Build, maintain and evolve data pipelines using Databricks, Python, PySpark and SQL. • Support the structuring of modern cloud data environments, preferably Azure. • Work on organizing, standardizing, transforming, validating and provisioning data for analytical and operational consumption. • Identify patterns, inconsistencies, duplicates, information gaps and opportunities for improvement in datasets. • Perform descriptive, exploratory and comparative analyses to generate insights and support decision-making. • Investigate root causes of issues related to data quality, consistency, availability and reliability. • Apply data profiling, sampling, validation, dataset comparison and quality monitoring techniques. • Support or develop analytical automations to optimize routines, accelerate analyses and generate recommendations. • Use artificial intelligence concepts, agents and multi-agent systems to discover opportunities and support decision-making. • Build analytical reports, dashboards, executive presentations and leadership support materials. • Document methodologies, processes, business rules, hypotheses, pipelines, analyses and results in an organized manner. • Collaborate with technical teams, data teams, engineering, architecture, governance and business units. • Contribute to the evolution of data products, Data Mesh architecture and best practices for engineering, governance and data quality.

• Conduct clinical intake calls and assess member needs, goals, and program fit • Work with Phoenix, our AI Care Specialist, by overseeing AI-supported interactions and ensuring clinical quality and safety • Deliver member support via synchronous and asynchronous chat • Conduct short and long video-calls with members • Monitor member progress using measurement-based care (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7) • Identify and respond to risk signals, including escalation and referral when needed • Document care in line with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards • Support development of Standard Operating Procedures to help scale member care operations

• Manage registration systems for virtual and in-person campus programming, tracking registration numbers for 1,500+ students and supporting analysis and reporting on registration and attendance data to draw conclusions on program successes and attendance rates. • Assist in the execution of retail campus sponsorship deliverables including tracking retailer involvement and collecting deliverables leading up to events for 30+ companies, supporting career fair logistics, sending reminders and more. • Provide strategic support to the Corporate Engagement team by assisting with Honors gala donor stewardship tasks and ensuring the timely delivery of sponsorship deliverables. • Collaborate with the Corporate Engagement team to identify and research prospective donors and develop materials to support impactful donor meetings and presentations. • Prepare acknowledgment letters and other materials for Honors gala donors. • Provide comprehensive support for the logistical planning and execution of Honors gala to ensure seamless operations and successful outcomes. • Serve as on-site sponsor and donor support at the 2027 Student Program conference and Honors gala in NYC and support with overall event execution (January 7-10, 2027). • Support Corporate Engagement team with other tasks as needed.
