Job Description
Corporate Engagement Intern
National Retail Federation
• Manage registration systems for virtual and in-person campus programming, tracking registration numbers for 1,500+ students and supporting analysis and reporting on registration and attendance data to draw conclusions on program successes and attendance rates. • Assist in the execution of retail campus sponsorship deliverables including tracking retailer involvement and collecting deliverables leading up to events for 30+ companies, supporting career fair logistics, sending reminders and more. • Provide strategic support to the Corporate Engagement team by assisting with Honors gala donor stewardship tasks and ensuring the timely delivery of sponsorship deliverables. • Collaborate with the Corporate Engagement team to identify and research prospective donors and develop materials to support impactful donor meetings and presentations. • Prepare acknowledgment letters and other materials for Honors gala donors. • Provide comprehensive support for the logistical planning and execution of Honors gala to ensure seamless operations and successful outcomes. • Serve as on-site sponsor and donor support at the 2027 Student Program conference and Honors gala in NYC and support with overall event execution (January 7-10, 2027). • Support Corporate Engagement team with other tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Current rising junior or senior, graduate student, or recent graduate
- Excellent Excel and data analysis skills, familiarity with reading, processing and analyzing data with charts and pivot tables to present results
- Strong internal and external communication skills and ability to interact with ease with different stakeholders via email and phone
- Excellent written skills and proofreading ability
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly with data analysis and large-volume application review
- Motivated self-starter who is eager to learn and manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently
- Familiarity with NRF Foundation Campus Programs and has previously attended NRF Foundation Student Program
- Experience with event planning a plus
- Must be available to travel to NYC with NRF Foundation team January 6 – 11, 2027
