• Create basemaps, construction designs, and as-builts using AutoCAD, Adobe, Google Earth, Plex/Earth, KMZ files, GIS datasets, and other drafting tools. • Ensure all permit-related designs are tailored to the specific requirements of the permitting jurisdiction—no guesswork, just smart compliance. • Work closely with internal teams including designers, engineers, and fellow drafters. Share ideas, solve problems, and contribute to a culture of teamwork. • Manage your workload to meet customer timelines. Deliver high-quality drafts on time, every time. • Embrace new software, engineering standards, and industry practices.
Job Requirements
- Ability to meet background check and drug screening requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong computer and technical literacy
- Proficiency in Adobe, Google Earth, Plex/Earth, KMZ files, and AutoCAD (preferred)
- Familiarity with telecom drafting tasks such as base mapping, design, and as-builts (preferred)
- A mindset of versatility, motivation, honesty, and positivity

• Produce precast product elevations; a design set for the engineer, an approval set for the customer, and a final set for the field to use along with production drawings, steel drawings, and miscellaneous drawings for the plant and vendors use. • Layout precast units to correlate with plans, specifications, addendum, and the bid package • Recommend efficient and cost saving panel layouts to the related parties • Communicate with external contacts (Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, Steel Vendors, Outsource Companies, and their related positions), as well as internal contacts as needed • Document any changes or concerns and forward to the job team • Carry out all other related tasks to reach the goals of the drafting group • Help create and improve standards
