Vacation & Reservations Coordinator

• Coordinate Bahamas day trips, including flights, activities, and guest logistics • Design, quote, and manage customized vacation packages (flights, hotels, and experiences) • Oversee the full hotel and cottage reservations process, ensuring timely responses and exceptional guest service • Manage cottage and vacation rental bookings, including deposits and issuing confirmations • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests from inquiry through post-travel follow-up • Proactively manage guest inquiries, concerns, special requests, and day-of travel issues • Process cancellations and no-shows in accordance with company policies • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, travel, tourism, or customer service
- Strong customer service mindset with a hospitality-driven approach
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with booking or reservation systems preferred
- Knowledge of Bahamas travel, destinations, or hospitality is a plus

Role Description This position is responsible for cultivating and stewarding relationships with targeted donors and prospects to generate and grow planned and major gift revenue.
