• Review resumes and reach out to qualified candidates • Conduct initial phone screenings • Coordinate interviews with the appropriate recruiter • Maintain accurate records in our applicant systems and spreadsheets • Stay in constant communication with the Talent Assessment team and leadership to alert of any complications and/or concerns
• Leads new clients through the digital onboarding process • Conducts training sessions to empower clients in utilizing our digital marketing tools and client dashboard effectively • Specializes in setting up clients on our digital advertising products, ensuring configurations align with their unique business objectives • Manages the follow-up process with clients and publishers to obtain the necessary account permissions before the campaign start date • Provides early reporting to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing their digital advertising efforts • Provides support for the team when permissions cannot be given to shift the client to a different product • Act as the point of contact via call, text, or video for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations during the onboarding phase.
• Stay current on USPS and Canada Post regulations and ensure compliance across all mailings, including PostalOne! submissions (US) and EST/CPC requirements (Canada) • Oversee mail preparation, entry, and in-home delivery tracking across both countries • Identify and apply postal discounts and incentive programs (e.g., EDDM, Saturation, Neighbourhood Mail, Personalized Mail) • Monitor address quality using tools like CASS, NCOA, and SERP, and work closely with external vendors to ensure mailing list compliance and data accuracy • Troubleshoot mailing issues and lead resolution efforts in coordination with postal services • Collaborate with Production, Client Support, and Sales teams to align on timelines and expectations
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming their go-to expert for our digital products and services. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our digital advertising products and services, tailoring your recommendations to meet clients specific needs. • Identify golden opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue growth. • Collaborate with clients to develop forward-thinking strategies that deliver lasting value. • Guide them on how to leverage our products to achieve their business goals. • Be the voice of the client within the company. • Champion their needs, offer feedback, and ensure they’re getting the most from our products and services.
• Handle website content and design updates (simple to moderate complexity) post-launch. • Manage domain transfers and support all aspects of website launching and publishing. • Conduct thorough post-publish checks including running Screaming Frog audits, Google PageSpeed Insights tests, and verifying Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics (GA) setup. • Set up and manage client DNS records as needed for website publishing. • Communicate with account managers and clients via ticketing system to resolve requests quickly.
