Role Description The Site Superintendent - Fuels is responsible for overall field management and accountability for assigned task orders and other duties as assigned. They manage work sites, develop work plans, coordinate with subcontractors, and mentor field teams. They are the crucial link between the project managers and the construction site, attending site walks as assigned to support all CIG Fuels Programs. - Work with Project Managers to select, coordinate, and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field assignments effectively. - Maintain clear communication with the project team, clients, and subcontractors regarding project status, issues, and potential changes. - Oversee material procurement, equipment maintenance, and resource allocation to ensure projects have the necessary manpower and resources for timely project completion. - Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with team members, vendors, management, and other departments. - Monitor and report field execution status of their team with Project Manager and CIG/Fuels leadership. - Assist the Project Manager in preparing and executing Request for Information (RFIs) requests with designers and engineers to remedy issues quickly and cost-effectively, avoiding schedule delays. - Foresee a project's obstacles, risks, and constraints and effectively plan around them. - Ensure staff perform and follow the USACE 3 phase inspection process. - Direct the enforcement of the site-specific safety plan. - Other duties which may be assigned include Quality Control Manager (QCM) and/or Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO) based on specific contract requirements. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Minimum five (5) years’ aviation fueling system maintenance, repair, and construction including operations, maintenance, and repair activities. - Minimum two (2) years working on DOD fuels projects. - Possess OSHA 30 hour Safety Course. - Possess current USACE QCM Course certificate. - Possess and maintain a valid State Driver’s License. - Possess a favorable motor vehicle report and background check. Requirements - Knowledge and understanding to apply the requirements contained in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Regulations, EM 385-1-1. - Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations. - Knowledgeable, skilled, and trained in written communications to initiate, compose, and/or enforce the activity hazard analysis as set forth in EM 385-1-1 for each individual specific work task. - Skilled and trained in oral communications to implement the activity hazard analysis prior to performing each work task. - Knowledge of UFGS for DoD Fueling System Design. - Knowledge of API 650/653, API 570, ASME welding requirements. - Ability to read and interpret construction design/engineering documents. - Ability to read and interpret project schedules. - Knowledge of computers and the ability to use commercial software programs such as Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. - Possess a high degree of proficiency in assigned function and attention to details. You will lead a high-performing team of SREs to evolve our reliability practices into a modern, engineering-first operation. You will drive the delivery of world-class reliability tools used internally by Docusign’s engineering teams to provide unprecedented transparency and trust in our platform. This position is a people manager role reporting to the Director, Site Reliability Engineering. - Drive the day-to-day reliability, availability, and performance of Docusign’s global platform. - Ensure your team proactively monitors and maintains a resilient infrastructure that protects the customer experience. - Lead engineering teams in developing and maintaining reliability tools, automation, and APIs used internally to accelerate developer velocity and support platform trust. - Manage, mentor, and grow a team of SREs, including Senior and Staff-level engineers. - Foster a culture of continuous learning, psychological safety, and technical excellence. - Partner with product and dev teams to implement and monitor "Error Budgets" and SLOs. - Implement and champion the adoption of the Internal Developer Platform (IDP). - Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance to ensure operational alignment and smooth project delivery. - Shift the team from reactive incident response to predictive mitigation by implementing Chaos Engineering practices and automated self-healing mechanisms. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure, SRE, or Software Engineering. - Minimum of 4 years of experience directly managing engineering teams in a high-scale SaaS environment. - Experience guiding teams that build tools and automation, viewing infrastructure as code. - Experience managing complex technical projects and handling incident management efficiently. - Experience making technical priority decisions based on user impact. - Experience solving modern operational problems with software automation. - Experience with modern programming languages (such as Go or Python). Requirements - Experience managing enterprise-grade container orchestration using Kubernetes (specifically Azure Kubernetes Service/AKS). - Experience contributing to or implementing Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs). - Familiarity with infrastructure supporting AI/LLM workloads or predictive data pipelines. - Hands-on experience with public cloud ecosystems (specifically Azure) and multi-region architectures. • Analyze, design, develop and implement robust, scalable, high-quality software solutions aligned with architectural best practices. • Work directly on .NET development (C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+) and on configuring and tuning CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions. • Actively participate in the modernization of legacy systems, proposing and implementing structural improvements (refactoring, migration, decomposition of monoliths). • Configure and maintain integrations via APIM and Sensedia, ensuring governance, security and API standardization. • Ensure stability, performance and security of production applications, handling incidents and driving continuous improvements. • Serve as a technical reference within the team, mentoring more junior developers and promoting best practices, including the use of AI in development. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (business, architecture, security, infrastructure and data), ensuring alignment between technical and business needs. • Ensure compliance with security, governance and corporate standards, including the use of tools such as SonarQube and Veracode.
