Job Requirements
- 2–5 years in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Chief of Staff, Account Management or similar (ideally B2B/SaaS/agency)
- Extremely organized and proactive — you spot what’s falling behind and take ownership
- Strong writing skills: your proposals and customer emails are polished and effective
- Tool-savvy (CRMs like Attio/HubSpot, project tools, Google Workspace); you learn new tools within days
- Negotiation-level German, good English
- Reliable and discreet with numbers, deals and the executive calendar
- Nice to have: experience with AI tools, structured sales processes (e.g., MEDDPICC), experience in fast-growing startups or agencies
